The Battle of Barnet canvas print Ref: G310

Through the fog that envelopes the battlefield at Barnet on Easter Sunday, 14th April 1471, Edward IV leads his army into the thick of the fighting, his banners flying above him and Knights of the Body beside him. Opposing him are soldiers wearing the red livery of the Earl of Warwick, with his distinctive badge of the ragged staff, and in the background can be made out the 'Kingmaker' himself, along with his brother, Marquis Montagu.

Individually printed on good quality canvas before being stretched on wooden stretcher bars and then varnished for protection.

Overall canvas size 30"x 20" (76cm x 51cm)

Note that canvas prints have no white border - this is the overall size of the canvas on its wooden stretcher bars and the image extends to the edge.

Each canvas is individually signed (on the reverse, as there is no border) by the artist, Graham Turner.
