1971 Watkins Glen Can Am Ref: C17

Peter Revson & Denny Hulme scored another win in the series with their M8F McLaren-Chevrolets. Following is the third placed Porsche of Jo Siffert.

1971 Targa Florio Ref: -17

Run over 11 laps of the 44-mile Little Madonie circuit, this classic event was won by the Alfa-Romeo 33-3 of Vaccarella and Hezemans seen here heading inland towards the mountains.

1971 Spanish Grand Prix Ref: -18

On the tortuous Montjuich circuit, 1971 World Champion Jackie Stewart takes the Tyrrell-Ford to its first Grand Prix victory ahead of the Ferrari of Jacky Ickx.

Ronnie Peterson, having forced his STP March-Ford into second place ahead of Siffert's B.R.M & Ickx's Ferrari, plunges downhill out of the Casino Square.

1971 Daily Express Trophy Ref: B19

Graham Hill, leading here from John Surtees (Surtees-Ford) and Chris Amon (Matra), takes the BT34 Brabham-Ford to its first race win in this early season event.

In a superb display of wet weather driving, Jacky Ickx takes his winning Ferrari past the Yardley-B.R.M. of Pedro Rodriguez during their duel for the lead.
